My ex wife had a HOME SECURITY SYSTEM and didn’t tell me about it. I mean, it makes sense but when I dropped the kids off at her house the other day they couldn’t remember the code and the thing was just going crazy – I didn’t know what to do! The police came and I was able to talk our way out of it but it’s just another example of how we don’t communicate well with each other – I wish we could find a way to talk that didn’t involve fighting but she’s still really mad at me for getting remarried so fast. I love them to death (the kids) but they remind me so much of her it’s hard to be around them sometimes, you know? She’s a wonderful woman but we just didn’t get along and Sandy was always in the wings as my best friend so it was only natural we got together after the divorce was done. I guess she’s going to lose it when I tell her Sandy’s pregnant.
